A few weeks ago I learned there's a Geraldi's in McMinnville. Perfect for loading up on subs on your way to the coast.

Eastside Deli is always dependable, as is Bodega PDX if you're in FoPo. Devil's Dill is really good too, but they're more of a braised, shredded meat kind of sandwich place.

Taste Tickler does have a good cold cut! I get one whenever I'm in that area. Used to be the only upside of bringing Groucho to the vet. Lots of people tell me Bodega but I'm never fully happy with it. Snappy's sandwich is the one I buy the most. Devil's Dill is really good.
